Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026 This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Loading... trading as Vadim Taylor (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under UK consumer law which are not affected by this policy.

1. Your statutory cancellation right

When you purchase goods from us online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods, without having to give a reason. After telling us that you wish to cancel, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. There are exceptions to the statutory cancellation right in certain circumstances. If an exception applies, we will explain this to you where relevant.

2. How to cancel

To exercise your cancellation right, please contact us at: Loading... Please provide your order number and clearly state that you wish to cancel the contract. You may use any clear wording to tell us that you wish to cancel. A specific form is not required.

3. Condition of returned goods

You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If goods are handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value, to the extent permitted by law. For mobile phones, this includes, where applicable, activation, removal of protective materials, installation of accounts or applications, use of the device, or other handling that goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract.

4. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods

If your goods are faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described, or otherwise do not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at: Loading... Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

5. Refunds

Where you are legally entitled to a refund following cancellation, we will refund the relevant payment normally within two business days using the same payment method originally used for the transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. Where the law requires us to refund the original delivery charge, we will do so. We are not required to refund any additional amount paid by you for a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery option we offered. Where you exercise the statutory cancellation right, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

6. Return postage

Where you cancel an order under the statutory cancellation right, you are normally responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed otherwise or the law requires us to bear that cost. Where goods are faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise do not conform to the contract, we will deal with return costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

7. Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any legal rights that you have under applicable consumer protection legislation. If you have any questions about a return or refund, please consult our contact page for full contact details or simply email us at: Loading...
